KELLY ORGINSKI

Kelly Orginski isn’t just running for office. She’s stepping up to represent the home she has loved and lived in for 29 years and the community in which she has a deep-rooted history dating back to jumping off docks on Base Lake over 60 years ago.

She brings a unique blend of global perspective and local common sense to the table. From co-founding the Michigan Alliance for Families to working directly with Pinckney Community Schools, Kelly has spent her career identifying barriers and building positive, outcome-based solutions for our children and families.

Her Roots and Experience

A lifetime of connection

My connection to the area is personal. From summers spent at my grandparent’s cottage on Base Lake to raising four successful sons right here in our community, I have seen our precinct grow and change firsthand.

A proven track record in system change

I believe change comes from the bottom up. Before retiring, I served on decision-making boards at the local, county, state, and federal levels. I spent my career having the ‘hard conversations’ with community systems to ensure our families’ needs were met.

Values that guide me

I am guided by a belief that “all means all.” My goal is to bring a positive, solution-driven approach to our local issues, ensuring our community remains clean, healthy, and educated for the next generation and beyond.
